What is the Massmart Community?

The Massmart community is a select group of Massmart customers who have agreed to join our community for the express purpose of sharing their opinions through surveys on various topics. 

How many surveys will I be sent?

We aim to send out at least 1 or 2 surveys per month, but there may be some months where you do not get any invitations. 

How long will the surveys take?

We will always tell you in the survey invitation emails exactly how long we expect it will take you to complete the survey. Survey lengths vary depending on complexity and subject matter. Typically, the surveys we administer will take 5 minutes, though some will be longer and some will be shorter.
